OPEC Fund for International Development to lend Armenia $20mln for agriculture development

ArmInfo. The OPEC Fund for International Development will lend Armenia $20mln for agriculture development.

According to Deputy Finance Minister of Armenia Vardan Aramyan, relevant agreement was signed June 8 2011 by Finance Minister of Armenia Vache Gabrielyan and Director General of the Fund for International Development Suleiman Jasir Al-Herbish.

The money will be spent on projects to develop water canals, motor roads, gas pipelines in the poorest rural areas.
