Central Bank of Armenia registers a new branch of ProCredit Bank in Yerevan


ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia has registered a new branch of ProCredit Bank ("Komitas") in Yerevan. The CBA press service told ArmInfo that the relevant decision was taken by the CBA chairman on June 21.

To note, as of 1 April 2011 the branch network of ProCredit Bank had 9 branches, of which 6 in Yerevan and 3 in the regions.

To note, the shareholders of ProCredit Bank are ProCredit Holding AG with 68.46%, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) - 16.67% and KfW Bank - 14.87%.
