Real estate market of Armenia is becoming active


ArmInfo. The total of 16954 bargains were registered at the real estate market of Armenia in June 2011, which is by 8,6% more than in June 2010, Armenian State Cadastre Committee reported.

The biggest share of the deals was registered in Yerevan - 32,6% out of the total number.

The comes Kotayk region - 14% and Lori region - 7,5%. The Vayots Dzor still remains the most passive - 2,8%.

In the structure of the real estate deals the share of alienation in May and June 2011 was 25,1%, initial registration 16,8%, pawn deals - 14%, transfer of the real property to heritage - 11,8%, and for rent 4,4%. However, the deals on other state register of the real property prevailed in May and June 2011 in the whole structure - 27,9%.
