In Jan-June 2011 the turnover of Anelik Bank's money transfer system totalled $467mln


ArmInfo. In Jan-June 2011 the turnover of Anelik bank's money transfer system totalled $467mln: 10% growth in the amount of transfers, 24.2% increase in their number.

The press service of Anelik Bank reports that a total of 212.8mln RUR was transferred from Russia to Armenia during the period - 5 times as much in Jan-June 2010 and 14 times as much as in Jan-June 2009.

The tariffs for Russia-Armenia and Armenia-Russia transfers range within 0.5-0.8%.

Anelik Bank was the first Armenian bank to launch its own money transfer system. Established in 1997, the system covers 500 banks in 100 countries. Anelik Bank is the only Armenian bank having a branch in Moscow (Anelik RU).
