Accounts in VTB Bank (Armenia) may be replenished by Telcell starting 6 September
Arminfo. Starting 6 September Telcell company has given the owners of accounts in VTB Bank (Armenia) an opportunity to replenish their bank/card accounts without the necessity to visit the bank. The Telcell company has drawn out and introduced free of charge service for replenishment of accounts which is available via 400 payment terminals of Telcell.
"The retail banking service market is again developing well. In its turn, this leads to growth of burden at the offices of the bank. We are sure that customers of VTB Bank (Armenia) will appreciate convenience and simplicity of replenishment of accounts through the payment terminals of our company, and VTB Bank (Armenia) will get a fully automatic channel for reception of funds, which is an alternative to expensive cash machines and ATMs with a function of cash reception", - marketing director of CJSC "Telcell", Sergey Usnunts, said when commenting on cooperation with VTB Bank (Armenia).
Director of the Department for Retail Business Development of VTB Bank (Armenia), Artak Khachatryan, said that VTB Bank (Armenia) has been always guided by the customer oriented and innovation ways of the banking services development.
"Cooperation with Telcell is another step towards creation of more comfortable conditions and extension of services given to the active customers of the bank", - he said.
The account replenishment process through the Telcell terminals is rather simple. At the moment of the operation ending a message is sent to the customer's mobile phone with a confirmation about replenishment, and the replenished sum becomes available at the customer's account in one banking day.
