"Converse Bank" attracts 1.260 bln drams within the frames of "Summer" deposit for June-August" 2011


Arminfo. Within the frames of the "Summer" deposit "Converse Bank" has managed to attract 1.260 bln drams for June-August 2011. As press-service of the bank reported, the action acted from June up to August and more than 660 depositors trusted their funds to the "Converse Bank".

The "Summer" deposit is a dram deposit with a minimal size 200 thsd drams and the validity term 12 months with a rate of interest 12%.

At present the actions on the deposits "Happy parent" and "Chance" have been acting in the "Converse Bank". The deposit "Happy parent", the actions on which have been acting from 1 june up to 25 December, is foreseen for the parents which have got minor children and want to purchase a house on mortgage. As for the "Chance" deposit, in case of depositing of every 50 thsd drams, a depositor gets a chance to take part in the money lottery, the minimal prize fund of which is 1 mln drams.

According to the Ranking of Armenian commercial banks prepared by Arminfo, as of 1 July 2011 by the portfolio of the rime deposits "Converse Bank" enters the ten of the leading banks of Armenia with a volume 24.8 bln drams, more than 70% of which are the funds of individual persons. The volume of the time deposits grew by 18,3% versus 2010.
