ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank launches issue of AmEx Blue credit cards
ArmInfo. ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank jointly with American Express announced the issue of innovative cards American Express Blue. On this occasion a great laser show was organized in Yerevan, Friday.
ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank Director General Stepan Gishyan told media that American Express Blue cards are designed for wide sections of the public, especially for active young people who are familiar with the financial services and prefer innovative financial products. The holders of AmEx Blue cards will enjoy bonuses for daily expenses and many other perks.
"AmEx Blue credit card (20,000 AMD annual fee) ensures financial flexibility, high-quality service in line with international standards and variety of attractive bonuses and privileges for customers," Gishyan said. The holders of AmEx Blue cards will get up to 1% Cashback for all purchases made in Armenia and a 5% Cashback for the purchases made at a range of leading trade and service points, Stepan Gishyan said. The AmEx Blue holders will enjoy also special offers of Armenian stores, restaurants and entertaining centers as well as the opportunities of American Express Selects global network. With its extra modern design it is the first card in Armenia created on the basis of special technologies licensed by the American Express, he said. For her part, Fabiana Mingrone, Vice President of American Express Global Network Services EMEA, said AmEx is boast of its cooperation with ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank and hopes for further enhancement of the relationships. To recall, ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank and American Express corporation made a contact of cooperation on Aug 27 2009. The bank became the first operator of AmEx cards in Armenia. In Nov 2010 the bank launched issue of AmEx Gold cards.
