VTB Bank (Armenia) launches new remote service of accounts - SMS-banking


ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) has launched a new remote service of accounts - SMS-banking for individual persons. As press-service of the bank reported, the owners of the accounts which have joined the SMS-banking, got a unique opportunity to control their bank, card, deposit and credit accounts with a help of SMS sent to their mobile phones. They can also send requests regarding the card service. The joining of the "SMS-banking" service is free of charge.

As director general of VTB Bank (Armenia) Valeriy Ovsyannikov said, in the modern quickly developing market relations great attention has been drawn to introduction and using of modern information technologies in every-day banking operations.

"VTB Bank (Armenia) draws special attention to raising of the level of effectiveness of serving customers, as well as delivery of the new banking services. It is also striving to settle all the problems connected with introduction and using of the remote service systems in time. The launching of the SMS-banking is another step in this direction", - he said.
