Money supply in Armenia up 2.2% to $2.75 billion for Oct 2011
ArmInfo. Money supply in Armenia was up 2.2% for Oct to 1.043 trillion drams as of Nov 1 2011 (26.5% growth versus Oct 2010).  Preliminary data of the Armenian Central Bank provided to ArmInfo by the National Statistical Service of Armenia say that cash circulated out of the banking system grew 2.2% in Oct 2011 (18.7% for Jan-Oct and 17% versus Oct 2010). The share of deposits in terms of the Armenian dram in total money supply was 26.5% or 276.9 billion drams.  The share of foreign deposits was 42.1% or 439.3 billion drams.  
External assets were down 42.2% over Oct 2011 to 29.5 bln drams (over 6fold decline for Jan-Oct 2011). Internal assets grew 4.6% for Oct (46% for Jan-Oct) , exceeding 1 trillion drams as of Nov 1 2011. 
In the structure of internal assets, capital requirements to the government proved at the negative level of  45.2 billion drams (up 21.7% for Oct). In addition, the share of economy was 1.251 trillion drams (up 2.7% for Oct). The share of organizations was 731.6 billion drams (up 3% for Oct), the share of households was 487.2 bln drams (2.2% growth for Oct), and the share of non-commercial enterprises was 13.9 billion drams (up 10.3%  for Oct).
