Under "Winter Surprise" campaign, Converse Bank raises deposits worth 640 mln AMD


ArmInfo. On December 10 Converse Bank held the drawing of the "Winter Surprise" new time deposit campaign. As of 1 December, a total of 348 depositors participated in it. The winner of the drawing was awarded a big money prize.

The press service of the Bank told ArmInfo that according to the campaign results, the Bank raised deposits worth almost 640 mln AMD from over 350 depositors. The "Winter Surprise" campaign lasted from Dec 1 2010 till Feb 28 2011. The deposits were accepted in Armenian Drams for 1 year, with the minimum amount being 50 thsd AMD.

According to the Ranking of Commercial Banks of Armenia by ArmInfo, as of 1 Oct 2011, the volume of the time deposits of Converse Bank amounted to 29.5 bln AMD, 64.2% of them fell on individuals.
