Unibank and RESO credit company provide car owners with an opportunity to receive CASCO on credit
ArmInfo. In partnership with RESO, one of the leading insurance companies of the Armenian market, Unibank has worked out a new program U-CASCO+ to increase the affordability of CASCO for the wide strata of the population.
The press service of Unibank told ArmInfo that under the program the customers can receive an insurance policy on credit. The loan is provided for purchase of CASCO policies or for an insurance package, which includes CASCO and medical insurance policies. The amount of the loan is up to 600,000 AMD. The individuals, who have no negative credit history and have cars made in a foreign country in 2001 or made in Russia in 2006, can receive the loan. The loan is provided for 12 months, with the advance payment being 0%, and the interest rate - 20-23% per annum. For all the customers of Unibank the interest rate is 21%, and for the customers, who have made use of the car loans of Unibank, the interest rate is minimum - 20% p.a. For instance, if a car costs 20,000 USD, the monthly payments for the loan will range from 15,300 to 22,900 AMD depending on the insurance policy tariff. To receive a U-CASCO+ loan, one should present the passport, the social card, the vehicle registration certificate, the ownership certificate, and a warrant from the RESO company.
The loan is redeemed in equal monthly payments. Early redemption of the loan is without restrictions. All the customers, who receive the U-CASCO+ loan, receive a co-branding ArCa Classic UNIBANK- RESO card as a gift, which allows them to open a credit line for 2012 and take part in the program of the bank's privileges.
