In 2012 Unibank to introduce Salesforce.com customer relations management system

The press service of Unibank reports that the CRM system helps to enhance the quality, to automate the sale and to improve the business.
The bank has already obtained the necessary licenses and equipment.
Retail banking and the quality of customer services are Unibank's priorities. The CRM system will help the bank to automate its lending procedures and to effectively assess its credit risks and will give it access to modern communication channels, including mobile banking.
