Internet payments in Armenia grew 3.5 times over year


ArmInfo. In December 2011 the volume of internet payments in Armenia grew almost 3.5 times as compared to December 2010 and totaled 642 mln AMD (53955 transactions).

ArCa told ArmInfo that over Dec 2011 the volume of noncash operations through the ATMs within the ArCa system made up 471.5 mln AMD (27595 transaction), having increased 34.3 times as compared to December 2010. In Dec 2011 the volume of card-to-card transfers amounted to 549.2 mln AMD (6953 transactions), having increased by 49.4% as compared to Dec 2010.
