Areximbank - Gazprombank Group conducts online polls among its Internet banking user-customers


ArmInfo. "Areximbank - Gazprombank Group conducts online polls among its Internet banking user-customers, the bank's press-service told ArmInfo.

The poll aims to assess the efficiency of internet banking and reveal its potential users. Both the customers of the bank and internet banking users of other banks can participate in the poll. Respondents are asked a series of questions related to their age, sex, residence, the services they use online, their preferences etc. The services are estimated using a 5-point scale. The poll will be continued till Feb 29 2012.

The source reports that Internet banking was launched at Areximbank-GPB Group in Nov 2009. It makes possible for the customers to manage their accounts, repay loans and complete deposits, transfer money and pay for communal services and others online. In addition, the bank offers another system Bank-Customer. In 2009 Areximbank-GPB Group completed the process of migration to GasCardService - the processing center of Gazprombank.

Areximbank-GPB Group was founded in 1998. Gazprombank OJSC, Russia, is the sole owner of the bank.
