In 2011 loan book of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group grew by 51.2%
ArmInfo. In 2011 the loan book of Areximbank- Gazprombank Group grew by 51.2% to 74.7bln AMD.
The press service of the bank reports that 83% or 62.bln AMD were loans given to legal entities (62.9% growth), 17% or 12.7bln AMD to physical entities (11.7% growth).
The bank's priorities in 2011 were SMEs and big corporate customers with 3.4bln AMD and 57.8bln AMD lent, respectively.
According to ArmInfo's Ranking of Commercial Banks of Armenia, in 2011 63% of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group's loan book were loans given to the economy. 38% of the loans were given to industry, 12% to construction, 19% to trade. In 2011 the bank's net profit made up 1bln AMD.
Areximbank-Gazprombank Group was set up in 1998 and is owned by the Russian Gazprombank.
