In 2012 Russian Gazprombank intends to increase authorized capital of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group by 10 mln USD
ArmInfo. In 2012 the Russian Gazprombank is going to increase the authorized capital of its Armenian branch - Areximbank-Gazprombank Group by 10 mln USD. The press service of Areximbank-GPB Group told ArmInfo that the capital will be increased at the expense of Russian Gazprombank by means of an additional issue of shares.
As of 1 Jan 2012, the total capital of Areximbank-GPB Group CJSC amounted to 15.7 bln AMD (5.6% y-o-y growth). The authorized capital as of this date totaled 12.3 bln AMD, having undergone no annual changes, as the 45.3% (by 3.850 bln AMD) replenishment took place in 2009.
In the structure of the total capital, over 78% falls on the authorized capital; about 20% falls on the accumulated profit (almost 35% y-o-y growth). The net profit totaled 1 bln AMD (4% y-o-y growth).
To recall, Areximbank-Gazprombank Group CJSC was founded in 1998. The 100% stockholder of the bank is the Russian Gazprombank.
