Armenian Development Bank to offer 14 free services
ArmInfo. Armenian Development Bank will offer 14 free services, CEO of the ADB Karen Sargsyan said during a press-conference on Wednesday.
Among the services are international money transfers, cash out transactions, plastic card operations. 
"This will allow our customers to more effectively handle their funds and to reduce their expenses during the post-crisis period," Sargsyan said. 
He said that the bank advocates high quality of business culture and corporate relations. 
This year it will offer a number of new products aimed to foster SMEs development and real sector investments.
"SMEs will enjoy soft loans with 7 year maturity as well as loans 21 month grace period," Sargsyan said. 
He said that the bank gives priority to the quality of its corporate relations and is building up relations with both old and new clients. 
For this purpose, Feb 15-31 the bank is conducting a Deposit Maximum campaign: 14% AMD deposit, 10% USD deposit and 8% EUR deposit.
"We are planning to raise the interests of personal and corporate bank accounts to 5-7% in AMD, 3-4% in USD and 14% for time deposits," Sargsyan said. 
He said that the bank will also offer a prepayment-free mortgage loan. "This loan will be provided for 10 years," he said.
Armenian Development Bank was set up in 1991 and has 75 shareholders, including 13 legal entities, of which 2 being international organizations. Residents hold 52% of the capital, non-residents (from the United States, Russia, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, Spain, Sweden, Australia, Brazil) - 48%.
