Converse Bank organizes a chess dialogue between its customers and world champions
ArmInfo. Converse Bank has prepared one more surprise for its customers - an opportunity to play with the winners of the World Chess Team Championship and the World Chess Olympiad Vladimir Hakobyan and Gabriel Sargsyan.
The tournament took place in the bank's head office and involved customers, employees and young chess players from Gyumri.
Deputy CEO of Converse Bank Tigran Davtyan said that such events raise the bank's relations with its customers to a new level. He said that the bank sponsored Hakobyan's participation in AEROFLOT OPEN 2012 and is ready to support Sargsyan and Olympic champion Tigran Petrosyan.
The shareholders of Converse Bank are Advanced Global Investments (controlled by Argentinean businessman Eduardo Eurnekian) - 95% and the Mother See of Holy Echmiadzin – 5%. As of Jan 1 2012 the bank's capital totaled $45mln, the assets - $374.3mln, the loans - $140.2mln, the liabilities - $329.3mln. In 2011 the bank's net profit made up $2.5mln.
