Converse Bank grants gold bars to five "Yerevan" time deposit holders


ArmInfo. Converse Bank has granted five-gram pure gold bars and charge-free plastic cards to the five winners of the draw held among the "Yerevan" time deposit holders on Saturday.

The deposit was introduced Oct 10 2011 on the occasion of the Yerevan- Erebuni holiday. Mar 1 the bank launched a 12-month "Sun" AMD time deposit action. The interest on the deposit is 12% and is paid in the end.

Converse Bank holds such actions on a regular basis.

According to ArmInfo's Ranking of Commercial Banks of Armenia, Jan 1 2012 Converse Bank's time deposits totaled 33.8bln AMD (16.4% more than Jan 1 2010).

Of them 21.7bln AMD were individual deposits (31% annual growth).
