Central Bank of Armenia registers by one branch of VTB Bank (Armenia), Ameriabank, Prometey Bank and Armbusinessbank


ArmInfo. Armenian Central Bank has registered by one branch of VTB Bank (Armenia), Ameriabank, Prometey Bank and Armbusinessbank, the CB press-service told ArmInfo. CB chairman adopted a relevant decision on April 19-20.

The source reports that CB registered the following branches: "Prime" (VTB Bank), "Shengavit" (Ameriabank), "Kotayk" (Prometey Bank), and "Dilijan" (Armbusinessbank).

As of Jan 1 2012 VTB Bank (Armenia) serves 68 branches (24 in Yerevan and 44 in the regions), Armbusinessbank served 29 branches (11 in Yerevan, 12 in the regions and 6 in the NKR), Ameriabank - 8 branches (4 in Yerevan, 3 in the regions and 1 in the NKR), and Prometey Bank served -6 branches (5 in Yerevan, 1 regional branch).
