Unibank issued over 110,000 plastic cards as of August 1 2012
ArmInfo. As of August 1 2012 the number of plastic cards issued by Unibank has exceeded 110,000 cards, which is 26.4% more than at the beginning of the year, Unibank press-service told ArmInfo. Nearly 61,000 out of the total number of cards are Visa International and 49,000 local ArCa. Unibank is among top five ArCa member-banks by the total number of issued plastic cards, and among top three banks in terms of the number of international cards.
The source reports that Unibank offers debit and credit cards for any consumer purposes on preferential terms requiring minimum package of documents. Recently Unibank has announced issue of Magniscard with an opportunity of credit line in the amount of up to 500,000 drams and no certificate of incomes is required.
Unibank offers its cardholders a special program of privileges Magnis that implies up to 40% discounts for good and services of over 100 companies. Every customer registering a plastic card at Unibank is automatically involved in the program. All the cards of the bank combine the functions of the bank and discount card.
