VTB Bank (Armenia) launches a New Year POS lending campaign
ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia), jointly with partners selling domestic appliances, furniture, construction materials and bathroom fixtures, is launching a New Year POS lending campaign.
From Nov 19 till Dec 28 each customer wishing to buy something from the partner shops will be able to borrow installment loans from the bank. Those who will borrow more than 200,000 AMD will have a chance to win KIA Picanto in a draw in Feb 2013.
"We started providing installment loans just a year ago and are already a leader in this field. The loans are provided in the partner shops with no guarantor required. The decision to issue the loan or not is passed in just 15-20 minutes. In the past year we have made real progress in this field due to successful innovative projects.
At present the customers can receive a loan at more than 200 trade outlets throughout Armenia for acquisition of a wide range of household goods", said Yuri Gusev, Director General, Chairman of Directorate of the VTB Bank (Armenia).
According to the Ranking of Armenian Banks as of 30 Sept 2012 by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), the share of consumer credits in the loan book of the Bank is 32% or 49 bln AMD (1st position, almost 40% growth over Jan-Sept 2012). The share of personal loans in the loan book is over 40% or 61 bln AMD (2nd position, 37% y-o-y growth, 25% growth over Jan-Sept 2012).
To note, VTB Bank (Armenia) has the largest branch network in the country - 69 branches (44 in the regions, 25 in Yerevan).
