Regional branches of VTB Bank (Armenia) secure nearly 40% of net profit


ArmInfo. The regional branches of VTB Bank (Armenia) secure nearly 40% of the net profit, Yuri Gusev, Director General, Chairman of the Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia), said on Thursday when replying to ArmInfo's question.

During today's event dedicated to the launch of three reformatted branches of the Bank, Gusev recalled that the Bank has a total of 25 branches in Yerevan and 44 branches in the regions. At present there are up-to- date and convenient branches for customer service in Yerevan ("Mashtots"), Echmiadzin and Armavir.

"The reformatting of the branches "Mashtots", "Echmiadzin" and "Armavir" is one more step towards successful implementation of the tasks outlined by the retail development strategy of VTB Bank (Armenia). I think our customers will like the changes, as now the branches have become really convenient and client- oriented. The reformatting project was launched in 2012 and 15 branches have already been renovated in this format. The goal of the project is to create maximally comfortable conditions of service of the customers and visitors of the Bank", said Gusev.

He added that the number of the Bank's employees will not change after the launch of the specified branches.
