HSBC Bank Armenia has been actively developing trade financing in Armenia

In 2013 HSBC Bank Armenia is going to assist 3-5 Armenian companies to take part in international programmes on sharing professional experiences in the trade financing, director of the trade and credit department of HSBC Bank Armenia, Aram Pinajan, said at today's press-conference, when replying to Arminfo correspondent's question.

"The list of the companies has not been prepared yet, as it mainly depends on specificity of the countries selected for cooperation", - Pinajan said.

He also added that at present the bank covers 36% of the trade financing market of Armenia and it trade financing portfolio was 25 billion drams for Jan-Oct 2012, which is by 53% more versus the same period of 2011.

According to the Ranking of Armenian Banks prepared by Arminfo, as of 1 October 2012, total credit portfolio of HSBC Bank Armenia amounted to 142.3 billion drams, by 27,3% versus the same period of 2011.
