Expert: Armenia's key investors are waiting till next year's presidential elections
ArmInfo. Armenia may start receiving foreign investments on a stable basis after the Feb 2013 presidential elections as currently the country's key investors are showing a wait-and-see attitude, Development Manager of Ameriabank Tigran Jrbashyan told ArmInfo on Friday.
In Jan-Nov 2012 Armenia received 40% less foreign investments than in Jan-Nov 2011. Armenia's key investors are Russia (mostly in telecoms), France (telecoms and brandy), the UK (air transport), Cyprus and the United States (recreation), Belgium (industry), Denmark (power engineering and gas supply).
