Dynamics of card transactions through processing centers of VTB Bank (Armenia) and Areximbank-GPB Group


<>ArmInfo. Card transactions carried out through the processing center of VTB Bank (Armenia) totaled 229.8mln AMD as of Jan 1 2013. This indicator suffered a 4.1% decline for 2012 due to 51.4% decline of non-cash transactions (to 7.4 mln drams) amid insignificant fall of cash operations - 0.8% (to 222.5 mln drams, Armenian Card told ArmInfo.

During the same period the processing center of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group carried out card transactions worth 110.6mln AMD (a 12.3% growth for 2012), with cash and non-cash transactions having grown by 6.9% and 37.7% to 86.6m;n AMD and 23.9mln AMD, respectively.

VTB Bank (Armenia) issues Visas and ArCas, Areximbank-Gazprombank Group Visas, MasterCards and ArCas.
