Ameriabank launches a new branch in Sayat Nova Avenue


ArmInfo. Ameriabank launched the tenth branch of Ameriabank in Sayat Nova Avenue of Yerevan. During the opening ceremony, Artak Hanesyan, Chairman of Directorate, Director General of Ameriabank, told journalists that the customers of the new branch will enjoy privileges for some time, such as free opening of banking accounts for individuals, provision of free credit cards, as well as rent of individual safe-deposit boxes at 50% discount.

The new branch is equipped with up-to-date facilities, and its design meets the general ideology and corporate identity of the Bank. Hanesyan also stressed that as compared with other branches, the new branch has the most capacious depository. The Bank offers various deposit boxes to its potential clients. The Bank also has a department for VIP clients.

Arman Barseghyan, Head of the Retail Business Division of Ameriabank, said that according to the Bank's strategic plan, in 2013 it is envisaged to open at least 2 more branches in Yerevan and in one of the regions of Armenia. Another branch will be renovated and equipped with up-to-date facilities. The branch in Sayat Nova Avenue has 15 employees.

Tigran Jrbashyan, Ameriabank's Director for Development, explained that the Bank chooses the central streets of Yerevan, as it focuses on small and medium business.

Ameriabank CJSC is a universal bank providing investment, corporate and retail banking services. Since November 2011, Ameria Group has been the majority shareholder of the Bank with a 99.99% stake. At the moment the Bank has 10 branches.
