Ameriabank extends its "Simple and Easy" lending campaign for SME till October 1 2013


ArmInfo. Ameriabank has extended its "Simple and Easy" lending campaign till October 1 2013 to meet high demand for SME finance.

Ameriabank announced the campaign "Simple and Easy" on May 15 and offers SMEs (including SME engaged in retail trade) loans in the amount of 5-50 mln drams loans, as well as equivalent amounts in terms of USD and EUR. The given product is quite attractive, as the bank charges no commission fee for issue of the loans. The bank undertakes the security assessment and insurance. A borrower is provided with VISA/MC Business/Gold credit card without additional security to up to three representatives of a company.

In addition, the loan is issued within 2 days with minimum documents required. The bank continues also its promotion campaign "Attract and Earn" for the persons attracting SME as future customers of Ameriabank for "Easy and Simple" loans. Any person can apply to the bank for a relevant coupon to transfer it to the future customer of the bank and get an impersonal metal account. If the loan for the attracted SME amounts 5-12 mln drams (equivalent amount in USA and EUR), the person who attracts the potential customers is presented with 1g gold. If the loan amounts 12-50 mln drams - the mediator gets 2g gold.

According to the Financial Rating of Armenian Banks prepared by the ArmInfo Agency, Ameriabank was among top three banks for Q1 2013 in terms of credit exposures. The bank increased this indicator 18.3% versus Q1 2012 and 10% for Q1 2013 to 168.3 bln drams. The share of SME finance in the bank's loan book was 15% or 24.6 bln drams with an 8% growth over the year and 15.2% over the quarter under review. The bank is in the top ten banks in terms of SME finance.

Ameriabank CJSC is a universal bank providing investment, corporate and retail banking services in a single package of bank solutions. In 2011 Ameria Group (CY) Limited increased its equity participation up to 99.9988997%. The bank services 9 branches, including 5 in Yerevan and by one branch in Kajaran, Dilijan, Vanadzor and the NKR.
