Armenia's gross international reserves dropped by 1.5% in Q2
ArmInfo. Due to a twentyfold growth in IMF SDR to $34mln or 22.6mln SDR, in Q2 2013 Armenia's gross international reserves dropped by 1.5% to $1.606bln.
According to the Central Bank of Armenia, the share of net external assets in freely convertible exchange dropped by 2.3% to $930mln.
As compared with Q2 2012 Armenia's international reserves dropped by 6.6%, in Jan-June 2013 they dropped by 10.7%. The share of net foreign assets in freely convertible exchange dropped by 4.4% and 13%, respectively. As compared with Q2 2012 IMF SDR dropped by 43% but in Jan-June 2013 they grew by 7.3%.
The share of bank gold in Armenia's gross international reserves was zeroed in Dec 2003.
