Repayment of VTB Bank (Armenia) loans ia available via all the TelCell terminals

The Russian-owned Bank VTB (Armenia) said today it has developed a new service for its clients allowing them to repay their loans secured by gold, and to replenish bank/card accounts via TelCell terminals. As press-service of the Bank reported, the Bank jointly with TelCel have developed a technological basis of the rendered services.

Starting 1 October of the current year, clients of VTB Bank (Armenia) will get an opportunity to make the repayment through some 1000 TelCel payment terminals installed in Yerevan and across the country. The repayment may be made on:line from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturday - from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Director General of the Bank, Yuri Gusev, said that the Bank always strives to offer its customers innovative solutions to meet their needs and interests. "This is a joint project with TelCell, which we estimate as evidence of successful cooperation", he said.

"With the introduction of this new service we believe that the process of loan repayment through TelCell terminals will also become popular because it gives customers the opportunity to repay the loan at any time, without additional cost and time," Gusev added.

"We have done our best for the clients of VTB Bank (Armenia) to simplify the process of making payments as much as possible. And we welcome a wish of our partners to work in an on:line regime with us. This means availability, simplicity, speed and loyalty for the payer, for the bank - the possibility to further develop financial services thanks to more client orientation, and for Telcell - the prospective direction of activity, including extension of a specter of services", - Director of CJSC "TelCell", Aram Azatyan, said.
