Unibank installs its 41st terminal for banking account replenishment and loan repayment
ArmInfo. Unibank has installed the 41st terminal for banking account replenishment and loan repayment. The press service of Unibank reports that the installation of the new terminals throughout Armenia aims to make customer service more efficient. The simple and comprehensive interface enables the customers to make payments quite fast. A customer only needs to select the relevant function in the menu of the terminal and follow the step-by-step instructions on the terminal display.
At the moment Unibank's terminals are operating at the Bank's branches, but the bank is also going to launch terminals in public places.
"The up-to-date technologies allow making the process of customer service very convenient. To repay a loan or to replenish an account, customers no longer need to apply to the Bank's employees. Today Unibank's customers can make these operations themselves. In the near future we will also offer our customers to pay for various services, including utility ones, via terminals", says Mesrop Hakobyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Director for IT and Innovation Projects of Unibank.
