VTB Bank (Armenia) opens renovated Branch Number 2 in Yerevan
ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) keeps on enlarging its branch network under its retail development strategy. Today the Bank held the official opening of the renovated Branch Number 2 at 41/74 Komitas Avenue, Yerevan. The press service of VTB Bank (Armenia) has told ArmInfo that several measures have been taken to optimize the procedures related to customer service, modernization and full technical re-equipment of workplaces and the servicing area. The Bank has also taken relevant measures to bring the interior in compliance with the brand and firm style of VTB Group.
The source says that now Branch Number 2 will provide all types of retail credit products to the customers, including gold secured loans.
"We are completing the project of reformatting the branch network of VTB Bank (Armenia). Over the past two years we renovated and improved almost all the branches and our customers can enjoy all our products and high-quality service in any corner of Armenia. As soon as this project is over, we will increase the number of branches of VTB Bank (Armenia) in Yerevan and provinces of Armenia", said Yuri Gusev, Director General, Chairman of Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia).
To note, not only the Bank's leadership and employees, but also the heads of municipal structures of Yerevan, as well as the Bank's customers and other officials attended the opening ceremony.
