Prices of agricultural lands and housing construction plots demonstrated multidirectional dynamics in 2013
ArmInfo. In 2013 the average market price of 1 ha of agricultural land in Armenia was 1.085 mln AMD (Yerevan exclusive), 2.1% lower than in 2012. The Armenian State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre has told ArmInfo that the prices mostly dropped in Vagharshapat (Armavir marz) - by 14% to 2.3 mln AMD per 1 ha, in Hrazdan (Kotayk marz) - by 13.7% to 1.6 mln AMD, in Armavir (Armavir marz) - by 13% to 1.3 mln AMD, in Alaverdi (Lori marz) - by 10.6% to 588 thsd AMD, in Yeghvard (Kotayk marz) - by 8% to 2.5 mln AMD, in Ashtarak (Aragatsotn marz) - by 7.4% to 3.6 mln AMD, in Abovyan (Kotayk marz) - by 6.7% to 4.3 mln AMD.
The prices mostly rose in Noyemberyan - by 19% to 884.6 thsd AMD per 1 ha, Tsaghkahovit - by 14.8% to 279.6 thsd AMD, Tashir - by 11.2% to 158.8 thsd AMD, Talin - by 11.1% to 672.4 thsd AMD, Stepanavan - by 9.8% to 326.6 thsd AMD, Artik - by 9.8% to 419 thsd AMD.
The source says that the highest prices of agricultural lands were registered in Abovyan - 4.3 mln AMD per 1 ha, Ashtarak - 3.6 mln AMD, Masis - 3.092 mln AMD, and the lowest prices were fixed in Ashotsk - 128.1 thsd AMD, Amasia - 127 thsd AMD.
Over the same period the average price of housing construction plots grew by 1.5% to 600 thsd AMD per 1 ha (Yerevan exclusive). The prices mostly rose in Gugark (Lori marz) - by 13.4% to 1.244 mln AMD per 1 ha, Vayk (Vayots Dzor marz) - by 9.6% to 220.5 thsd AMD, Meghri (Syunik marz) - by 9.2% to 112.5 thsd AMD, Berd (Tavush marz) - by 5.8% to 117.3 thsd AMD.
The highest prices of housing construction plots were registered in Yeghvard - 2.8 mln AMD per 1 ha, Ashtarak - 2.6 mln AMD. The price ranged from 1.2-1.9 mln AMD per 1 ha in Abovyan, Vagharshapat, Gugark, Armavir, Hrazdan, and Masis. The lowest prices were fixed in Ashotsk - 64 thsd AMD and Amasia - 71 thsd AMD.
