VTB Bank (Armenia) renovates branches in Spitak, Stepanavan and Alaverdi towns
ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) has opened renovated and comfortable branches in Spitak, Stepanavan and Alvaerdi towns. The fully repaired and modernized branches were ceremonially opened on 1 July 2014: "Spitak Branch" (in the Central Square of Spitak), "Stepanavan Branch" (9, St. Garegin Nzhdeh, Stepanavan), "Tumanyan Branch" (2/5, St. Jravazan, Alaverdi).
The branches, including the workplaces and customer service premises, have been modernized and re- equipped and furnished in line with the company brand and style. The types and procedures of customer service have been optimized as well. Furthermore, new premises for individual customer service are now available at the branches.
"We do our best to ensure comfort for our customers. First, VTB Bank (Armenia) is present in all the regions of Armenia. Second, our branches are renovated and comfortable. All our regional and city branches provide a full package of banking services," says Yuri Gusev, Director General - Chairman of the Board of Directors, VTB Bank (Armenia). According to him, the bank seeks to provide equal level of quality customer service at all its branched irrespective of their location. As for the bank's plans for further expansion of the branch network, Yuri Gusev said some 6 new branches will be opened in 2015 in both Yerevan and regions.
Attending the opening ceremony of the branches were the leadership of VTB Bank (Armenia), authorized representatives of the regional and town administrations, as well as representatives of the Armenian Central Bank, business, educational and cultural sectors.
VTB Bank (Armenia) joined VTB Group in April 2004 and is fully owned by VTB Group, the second biggest bank in Russia. VTB Bank (Armenia) is one of the leaders of Armenia's banking sector. It has 67 branches all over the country (the largest branch network in Armenia).
