Visa cardholders of VTB Bank (Armenia) can make three card-to-card transfers free of charge
ArmInfo. The Visa cardholders of VTB Bank (Armenia) can make three free transfers from any Visa card of VTB Bank (Armenia) to a Visa card of other local or foreign bank via 150 ATMs of the Bank before 28 February 2015.
The press service of the Bank has told ArmInfo that transfers are made round the clock, and the transferred amount becomes available for the recipient within seconds. This means that the customers can make transfers even during the Bank's non-work days and hours via the ATM network. The transfers from Visa cards of VTB Bank (Armenia) can be made in AMD, RUR, USD or EUR in three directions: to Visa cards of VTB Bank (Armenia), to the cards of the local banks; to all Visa cards issued by the CIS and Georgian banks.
The remittance process is quite simple and the commission fees levied from the Visa card of the remitter for the first three transfers made during the campaign will be refunded by the Bank upon completion of the campaign. The standard fee (in non-campaign period) for a transfer is 0.2-1.5% depending on the card type. Money can also be transferred to the cards of VTB Bank (Armenia) from the cards issued by other banks of Armenia, CIS and Georgia.
To make a card-to-card transfer, one should select one of the below options in the ATM menu: Transfers to CIS and banks of RA or Transfers to VTB cards. Afterwards one should insert the recipient's card number, choose the currency, insert the remitted sum and confirm the operation.
