Central Bank of Armenia raises Lombard repo rate from 8.25% to 10.25%


ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has raised the Lombard repo rate from 8.25% to 10.25%. The CBA press service has told ArmInfo that the relevant decision was taken at the CBA Board's meeting on November 24.

By the latest data, according to the CBA Board's decision dated November 11, the refinancing rate is retained at 6.75%. It was previously reduced from 7% on August 12. At that time the Lombard repo rate was fixed at 8.25%, and the deposit rate - at 5.25%.
