VTB Bank (Armenia) offers its Telephone Bank service to companies and private businessmen
ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) has decided to offer its Telephone Bank service to companies and private businessmen in view of its popularity among customers.
The press service of the bank reports that Telephone Bank is a modern system of remote control of bank accounts allowing a customer to manage his/her account from any place by just calling 87-87.
The service is provided upon an application, with the applicant given a password for accessing the system.
Companies and private businessmen can use the service for balance inquiry, while individuals can also inquire on their non-cash transactions, money transfers, bills, loans, deposits.
VTB Bank (Armenia) joined VTB Group in Apr 2004 and is owned by Bank VTB, the second biggest bank in Russia. It is one of the leading banks in Armenia and has the largest branch network among the Armenian banks (67 branches all over Armenia).
