On June 12, Anelik Bank announced the launch of a new retail service for its individual customers - a Simple-Fast Universal card loan.
The press office of the Bank has told ArmInfo that no preliminary collateral or income certificate is needed. If there is no guarantor, the loan amount will be up to 2,500 USD or EUR and it will be provided for up to 4 years. If a guarantor is available, the loan amount will be up to 3,500 USD or EUR and it will be provided for up to 5 years.
PR representative of "Anelik Bank" CJSC Astghik Martirosyan says that the Simple-Fast Universal loan enjoys a high demand because it includes all the advantages of the Simple-Fast Extra and Simple-Fast
Progress loan programs. Moreover, this loan is provided on more acceptable terms and the loan amount is bigger.
She also points out that on the occasion of its 25th anniversary Anelik Bank is preparing other surprises as well. The Bank is going to extend the range of the retail products to be provided on "simpler and faster" terms.
According to the Financial Rating of Armenian Banks by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), as of 1 April 2015, the total capital of Anelik Bank CJSC amounted to 13.9 bln AMD, assets - 87.2 bln AMD, with over 70% of this amount being provision of crediting. By its retail loan book the Bank is among the top ten with 27.7 bln AMD (over 45% of the Bank's loan portfolio), 86.8% more than in the
same period of 2014. In terms of consumer lending, the Bank is also among the top 10.
To note, in Q4 2013, CreditBank S.A.L. became the sole owner of Anelik Bank by increasing its stake from 89.95% to 100%.
According to the Analytical Review "Armenian Banks in Card Business" by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information, as of 1 April 2015, the number of Anelik Bank's active cards exceeded 47 thsd, including over 20 thsd Visa cards, over 19 thsd ArCa cards and almost 7 thsd MasterCards. In 2014, the amount of plastic transactions totaled about 32 bln AMD (up 60% versus 2013), with over 89% of them being ATM transactions (2-fold year-over-year growth in absolute terms). Anelik Bank was the first Armenian bank to simultaneously work with Visa and MasterCards, at the same time actively issuing and serving local ArCa cards.
