In Jan-May 2015, ferromolybdenum production in Armenia underwent no changes as compared with Jan-May 2014, remaining 2.652 thsd tons.
According to the National Statistical Service of Armenia, in Jan-May 2015 the molybdenum concentrate output dropped by 1.4% to 4.754 thsd tons, blister copper output fell by 6% to 3.947 thsd tons, copper
concentrate output grew by 53.6% to 122.7 thsd tons, aluminum foil output rose by 9.8% to 13.016 thsd tons, rolled aluminum output rose 2.3-fold to 9 tons, the output of steel pipes grew by 24.5% to 4.354
thsd tons, zinc concentrate output fell by 4.8% to 5.727 thsd tons. All metals manufactured in Armenia are exported mostly to Europe and the United States.
