In Jan-May 2015 versus Jan-May 2014, cargo transportation in Armenia dropped by 8.8% to 3 281.6 thsd tons, the National Statistical Service of Armenia reports. 
	 
	Over the period under review, cargo transportation by rail fell by 16.5% to 926.9 thsd tons, those by car dropped by 6.3% to 1650.7 thsd tons, and those by air declined by 15.4% to 3.3 thsd tons.     
	 
	In Jan-May 2015, passenger operations declined by 6.4% to 86732.1 thsd people. Passenger operations by rail dropped by 8.4% to 128 thsd people, those by car fell by 7.2% to 77 111.6 thsd people, and those 
	by air were down 1.5% to 665.4 thsd people.
