By the Signed Loan Contract Rates Cannot be Unilaterally Increased

ArmInfo: The rumour has it that Armenian banks increase rates by the signed loan contracts.

ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank states they have never practiced the aforementioned. The bank's press office informs that the rate is registered in the loan contract, which is signed together with the client by mutual consent. Therefore, rates cannot be unilaterally reconsidered.
