ArmInfo. On May 12 Prime Minister of
Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan received President of Polymetal OJSC Igor
Finogenov and CEO of the company Vitaly Nesis, the press- service of
the government informed.
The Prime Minister highly assessed the activities and implementation
of the investment program of the company in the mining sector of
Armenia. Abrahamyan stressed the importance of stable development of
mining industry of the country.
Igor Finogenov noted that all the opportunities for conducting
efficient activities are created in Armenia. He stated that the
company is interested in consistent implementation of investment
program in Armenia.
The sides also discussed issues related to the current work of the
company and the extension of cooperation. The importance of observing
the principles of social and environmental responsibility was
mutually emphasized.
