12th Issue of Bonds by ARARATBANK Listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia

ArmInfo. Starting from August 10, 2016, nominal coupon bonds issued by "ARARATBANK" OJSC will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds' secondary Bbond list.   

NASDAQ OMX Armenia press-office told ArmInfo the 12th issue of the ARARATBANK bonds comprises 40,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon rate of 13.0% and maturity period of 24 months. The bonds (ISIN - AMARBKB2CER4) will be traded under ARBKB2C ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.

The placement of the first issue of ARARATBANK undocumentary coupon corporate bonds worth 250 mln AMD with quarterly coupon payment, annual yield of 8%, circulation period of 1 year, took place on 3 May 2007. The placement of the second issue of ARARATBANK undocumentary corporate bonds worth 400 mln AMD, with annual yield of 9% and circulation period of 1,5 years, took place from 9 till 24 June 2008. 
The placement of the third issue was worth 250 mln USD with 10% annual yield and 1.5 years of maturity. The bank carried out the forth issue in July 2011. The amount totaled 250 mln with 12% yield.  In 2012 ARARATBANK was the pathbreaking one to issue currency bonds.  This was the fifth issue with the amount of 1 mln USD and 9% yield.  The sixth issue took place in 2013, the currency bonds totaled 1 mln 
USD with 8.5% yield and 3 years of maturity. The seventh issue took place in 2013 and comprised AMD bonds with the amount of 400 mln AMD, 13% yield and 3 years of maturity. The eighth issue was 1 mln USD- worth, with 8% yield and 4 years of maturity. The 9th issue was 2 mln USD worth, with 3 years of maturity and 7.25% yield. The 10th issue of the Company's corporate bonds comprises 80,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 25, coupon rate of 7.0% and maturity period of 
24 months. The 11th issue (2016) was 1 million USD worth, with annual yield of 7% and 3 years of maturity. 

ARARATBANK is one of the most active issuers at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. 11 issues of corporate bonds by the Company have been listed on the Exchange in 2007- 2016, 7 of which were successfully redeemed at their maturity. Currently, common nominal stocks of ARARATBANK (ARBK) are admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while coupon bonds by the Company denominated in USD (ARBKB8, ARBKB9, ARBKB2A, ARBKB2B) are listed.   

According to the Financial Rating of Armenian Banks prepared by ArmInfo News Agency as of July 1, 2016 ARARATBANK's assets amounted to 135.7 bln AMD. The share of investments in securities totaled 17.04bln AMD or 13% of total assets.  The liabilities made up 112.5 bln AMD, the total capital - 23.2bln AMD. The net profit of the bank totaled 326.3 mln AMDfor the first half of 2016, including 149.5 mln 
AMD in Q2. 

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development holds 25%+1 of the bank's shares, 64.24% of the shares belong to Flash petrol trader, and 10% to RURAL IMPULSE FUND II. (the exchange rate for June 30 2016 was 476.68AMD/1USD) NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia. On January 26, 2009, "Armenian Stock Exchange" ojsc was officially renamed as "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc. On June 5, 2009, "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the "Central Depository of Armenia" ojsc.  NASDAQ OMX Armenia and Central Depository of Armenia are among the main securities market infrastructure institutions in Armenia.
