Republican Union of Employers holds 7th Annual Conference of Social Partnership with Beeline support

ArmInfo. Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA) has held the 7th Annual Conference of Social Partnership with Beeline's support.  The conference, entitled "enhancing opportunities for youth", is aimed at promoting trilateral social partnership and dialog between Armenian state structures, employees and employers to form stable labor market.

The press-service of Beeline Armenia has told ArmInfo that during the conference final analysis of the surveys was presented conducted by local and international organizations on dual education system as well as cooperation between education and labor market, prospects of developing and raising quality of education in accordance with labor market demands.

"The youth and all the initiatives that help to change their lives for the better, play key role in the programs implemented under Beeline's corporate social responsibility. I am convinced that the exchange of international experience and discussions held during the conference will form platform of social partnership, based on mature integration of youth in the labor market.  Let me congratulate Republican Union of Employers of Armenia on the occasion of the 7th Annual Conference of Social Partnership and express confidence that it will contribute to developing of new solutions in the sphere of social partnership," Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin remarked in his congratulatory speech.

President of RUEA Gagik Makaryan in turn noted. " The Republican Union of Employers of Armenia organized the 7th national conference on social partnership, which is devoted to the issues of enhancing opportunities for the youth and which is supported by Beeline. I express my gratitude to the company, first for their support for recent several years to annual conferences on social partnership, and secondly, for demonstrating the best example of corporate social responsibility".

According to the source officials of executive and legislative branches of power, more than 120 representatives of diplomatic service, international and regional organizations, social partners and invited experts participated in the conference. The conference is organized by RUEA, with sponsorship from Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Caucasus labor unions and Beeline cooperation program.
