Karen Karapetyan stresses importance of developing strong partner relations with the US

ArmInfo. On November 17,  Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan received Bridget Brink, U.S.  Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of European and Eurasian  Affairs.  The press office of the Armenian Government has told  ArmInfo that Karapetyan stressed the importance of cooperation of  with the United States and development of strong partner relations in  all areas. He also expressed willingness to discuss all issues of  mutual interest.    

For her part, Bridget Brink expressed the US Government's willingness  to cooperate with the Prime Minister's team in all dimensions,  particularly, in anti-corruption fight, reforms, and business ties  between Armenia and the US.  

The meeting covered a wide spectrum of issues of Armenian-US  cooperation, including judicial reforms, USAID pogrammes in Armenia,  and the areas having a huge cooperation potential. The matter  concerns agriculture, energy, IT and mining.
