17th issue of bonds by National Mortgage Company listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia

ArmInfo. Starting from December 09, 2016, nominal coupon bonds issued by "National Mortgage Company" Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (RCO CJSC) will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds main Abond list, the press-service of NASDAQ OMX informs.

Listed securities comprise 212,660 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon rate of 10.0% and maturity period of 36 months. The bonds (ISIN - AMNMCCB2HER2) will be traded under NMCCB2H ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.  

To recall, on November 28, 2016 placement of the abovementioned bonds took place at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. 12 transactions were concluded with total value traded of AMD 1,739,022,433.50. Cut-off price of the bonds was AMD 9,824.33, the cut-off yield stood at 10.6999% and the weighted average yield was 10.5854%.  

To note, National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC was registered in the Central Bank of Armenia by the decision N 1/1167A of the board of the Central Bank of Armenia dated October 19, 2011 Registration certificate N 26, Activity License N 26). The only shareholder is the Central Bank of Armenia. NMCCB2A was admitted to trading on the stock market on May 15, 2014, the issuing volume is 1 bln AMD (10 thousand bonds with nominal value of 100 thousand AMD each), maturity is 3 years, the yield is 10%. NMCCB2B was admitted to trading on the stock market on July 11, 2014, the issuing volume is 1.2 bln AMD (120 thousand bonds with nominal value of 10 thousand AMD each), maturity is 5 years and the yield is 12%. Currently three issues of corporate bonds by NMC (NMCCB2A, NMCCB2B, NMCCB2C and NMCCB2G) are listed on the main Abond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.  NMCCB2C was admitted to trading on the stock market on October 22, 2014, the issuing volume is 1 bln AMD (100 thousand bonds with nominal value of 10 thousands AMD each), maturity is 3 years, the yield is 10%.  The coupon payments are made once in 6 months.  The term of these bonds expires in 2017:  NMCCB2A - April 23, NMCCB2B' - June 24, NMCCB2C - October 7, NMCCB2G-November 9, 2019.

 To recall, NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia.  On January 26, 2009, "Armenian Stock Exchange" ojsc was officially renamed as "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc. On June 5, 2009, "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the "Central Depository of Armenia" ojsc.  226 transactions on corporate bonds were made on NASDAQ OMX Armenia in 2015, which totaled 453.5 mln AMD (versus 343 transactions totaling 1.1 bln AMD in 2014). Capitalization of stock market of Armenia in 2015 grew by 42% totaling 103.8 bln AMD (versus 73 bln AMD in 2014 and 61.7 bln AMD in 2013).
