USAID is ready to continue cooperation with Armenia for the benefit of reforming and diversification of energy resources of Armenia, USAID Armenia Mission Director Deborah Grieser stated at the meeting with Minister of Communications and Natural Resources of Armenia Ashot Manukyan, the press service of the Ministry informs.
Grieser noted that liberalization of the market boosts competitiveness, accountability, transparency and as result efficiency in the energy field.
Manukyan in turn highly assessed the role of USAID in liberalization of energy market of Armenia, retraining of specialists, assistance in other fields, expressing assurance in consistency of cooperation in the upcoming years.
