VTB Bank (Armenia) is general sponsor of exhibition "Education XXI Century"

ArmInfo. As the press service of the bank told ArmInfo, VTB Bank (Armenia) is the general sponsor of the international specialized exhibition "Education XXI century", which is officially supported by the Armenian Ministry of Education held in Yerevan from 1 to 3 March 2017.

During the ceremony of the exhibition spoke the Director of the Department of Retail Business and Member of Directorate of VTB Bank Armenia Ivan Telegin. Welcoming the guests and wishing success to the participants, Telegin said: "As a bank, we can confirm that the best investment is the investment in education".

"Supporting education is an integral part of the social activities of VTB Bank (Armenia) and VTB Group.  Throughout its operations, the bank continuously supports the educational institutions projects and programs", the official statement of the Bank reads.

To note, the exhibition was attended by more than 70 organizations, among which were more than 10 higher education institutions of the Russian Federation. Russian Center of Science and Culture in Yerevan will present a program of free education at the leading universities of the Russian Federation and hold a competitive selection of more than two hundred students at all levels of education in the 2017-2018 school year. Representatives of universities will introduce to visitors the admission rules, the benefits of training, as well as the opportunity to receive additional education: lessons in language schools, lessons in preparation for the exam and education programs abroad. In addition, they will be organized seminars and round tables on education. The exhibition "Education XXI Century" Historical Archives of Armenia for the first time present a unique documents on the secular and spiritual education of Armenia and Russia of 19- 20 centuries. Exhibition "Education XXI Century" held at the House of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, which is organized by the exhibition company "Inter Expo" and the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Yerevan.

To recall, VTB Bank (Armenia) joined VTB Group in April 2004 and is fully owned by VTB Group, the second biggest bank in Russia. VTB Bank (Armenia) is one of the leaders of Armenia's banking sector.
