Philip Morris Armenian International SA announced the construction of  R&D centers in Armenia

ArmInfo. A Framework memorandum on  Mutual  Understanding  was signed between Armenia and Philip Morris  International Management SA on March 2. 

According to the information shared with Arminfo at the press office  of the Government, the Prime Minister of Armenia received the  delegation lead by  Drago Azinovich, the  president of Philip Morris  International Duty Free and  Philip Morris International Management  SA for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. The Prime Minister  greeted the initiative of worldwide famous company to expand  activities in Armenia. He expressed his readiness to discuss the  projects on cooperation with the Company. 

In his turn, Drago Azinovich thanked the Prime Minister for the  support provided in respect to scientific- research projects of the  Company. He mentioned, that  Research and Development Centers  construction is planned. According to his wording, that is aimed at   long term cooperation with public and private sectors of Armenia. 

In the end of the meeting  a framework memorandum on Mutual   Understanding  was signed between Armenia and Philip Morris  International Management.  Philip Morris International  is one of the  biggest companies of the world.
