Anelikbank activated automatic system "Hello Anelik" rapid assistant to clients in Facebook

ArmInfo. Anelik Bank, on its  facebook page activated automatic system "Hello Anelik" rapid  assistant to clients. As the bank's press service explained ArmInfo,  by writing on the bank's facebook page "Hello Anelik" (Barev Anelik  in Armenian), one in several seconds gets information on almost all  the services the bank provides.

"The "Hello Anelik" system was launched on February 20 and for an  incomplete month already aroused a high interest among users of the  Facebook social network, as evidenced by the positive feedback  received by the bank from more than 1000 clients. With this system  customers can not only familiarize themselves with bank products, but  get useful and interesting information, news of the day or vacant  positions in the bank", said head of public relations and marketing  of the Anelik Bank Nune Melkumyan, adding that in the near future the  "Hello Anelik" system will be enriched with new opportunities.

To note, Anelik Bank has been operating on the market since October  1996. After the additional share issue in November 2016, the  membership of the Bank's shareholders changed - the entry of the  Cypriot company FISTOCO LTD with a stake of 59.68% reduced the share  of the former shareholder represented by the Lebanese Bank CreditBank  S.A.L from 100% to 40.32%. Indirect majority shareholders are  physical persons: Tarek J. Khalefe (CreditBank S.A.L) and Vardan  Dilanyan (FISTOCO LTD).
